    I had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. The employee was already rude when I politely asked her to spread the steak across the bread. The situation escalated when I asked for Doritos. The male employee said they had them, but when she checked she said there were none, yet shortly after she gave Doritos to another customer. When I questioned this, she became increasingly rude and insinuated to another employee, Shane, that I was being aggressive, which was both inaccurate and upsetting. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. She had a sunflower tattoo of a sunflower near her elbow, which may help identify her. I spent $13 and left feeling embarrassed and humiliated. The security footage will confirm the interaction and what occurred.

    Workers too lazy to make guac, so they just don’t put it on the sub you paid extra for. Eating the driest sub known to man thinking about how I should’ve went to Taco Bell.

    Manager was very rude to me . Interrupted me once telling her daughter to put a lid on her drink, and again talking to an employee that was leaning on the counter in front of the register not even 1 foot away from her like she whispered something to her or whatever. I was going to look past the first interruption, but the second one pissed me off i stopped ordering. Told her "yeah I wasn't going to order anyway" ..... I have never been treated like this especially from a so called" Manager "..... highly un business-like! I will nit be returning here unless they hire new staff, which corporate should step in and hire new staff if they don't want the place run into the ground.
