  Waited an hour for my husbands sandwich to be delivered paid for 50% more protein got my sandwich with 0 meat on it. Went to the store waited another 45 minutes and she was trying to give me meat on a napkin. Absolutely unacceptable.

  First time a NEGATIVE STAR RATING should be applied. If I had recorded my experience, two subway employees would be immediately FIRED. Never, ever before so blantly disrested for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. Terrible!!

  Waited in the store for 26 mins for a 6” ham sub that was preordered. Another driver had already been waiting 20 mins for her online order. 3 other men in line waiting. One guy working who had no sense of urgency or customer service at all. Poor service over all and the manager should have been called in if others called out. No reason for one slow employee on a Saturday night.

  Walked in at 850. Closed at 10. Plenty of time. The girl working never even looked at us. We asked if we could order and were straight ignored. She was pulling what looked like orders from a table and never even acknowledged we existed. Never coming here again. Never been that ignored in my life

  Clean, fast, friendly service ! Great location, for sure. My sandwich was amazingly fresh.
