  There was no tea ready during lunch rush. I was waiting for the tea to be made, but instead of coming out to make the tea, the line person continued to take more orders and start preparing other people's sandwiches and I had already paid and received my sandwich. What should have happened is, she should have politely asked them to wait a moment, as I was there first, came out and started the tea and then gone back to taking more orders and preparing sandwiches. I waited an additional 13 minutes for tea.

  A perfect Subway would get 4 stars, and this one is a little less than average.
