  They will have you waiting around all day for an order that needs a signature, and then it won’t show up. They missed my delivery date twice, and I can’t get anyone on the phone to explain why. They are the worst.

  Package still not delivered after over month, will accept your package and money but will not deliver or return my package they stopped without my request. Investigator will not return my calls, or do anything Do not trust this company with any letter, package, documents nothing. They will not let me talk to a department head or the investigator. My parcel was time important and sensitive. If anyone knows what I can do please helpe.

  The owner went out of his way to help me mail an HP printer to the parent company in TN. I thought I would never get that thing back to HP.
