  I have always used Advanced Auto Parts on Caroline Beach Road whenever I need things. Today I stopped in to grab a few things and there was the most amazing woman behind the counter. First, it’s rare to find a woman in an auto parts store, and I know women can feel intimidated going in there sometimes. Second good customer service is hard to find almost anywhere. Thank you Amanda, for being the absolute best! She is the epitome of what customer service is and always should be!!! There will never be another auto parts store for me! Thank you, and see you next time!

  They Lady and gentlemen working on this Tuesday morning were very helpful. They went out of their way to help me figure out what I needed. Great job. Clean and friendly store.

  Thank You, John Cobb! Instead of just selling me a battery, John took the time to help me understand the issue with my battery by reading the error code. Then, I bought a $7 part, and you took the time to help me fix the problem. Without John’s help, I would’ve spent over $200 and still had the same issue. John also installed my wiper blades. I will definitely be back to this location! Thank you, John!

  I had an outstanding experience at the Advance Auto Parts here in Wilmington and I want to specifically recognize Amanda, the manager, and John C. for going above and beyond. I originally stopped in just to have my battery tested and replaced and to drop off some used motor oil, expecting a quick, routine visit, but the level of service I received turned it into the best auto parts store experience I’ve ever had. John C. was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient when helping with the battery. He made the whole process smooth, explained everything clearly, and handled the installation with total professionalism. Amanda brought such a great energy to the store. She was not only sharp and highly professional, but also genuinely funny and a pleasure to talk with. You can tell she leads by example and creates a positive atmosphere for both customers and her team. What stood out most was how welcoming and personable they both were while still being extremely competent and focused on getting the job done right. It never felt rushed or transactional. They took the time to make sure I was taken care of and that everything was handled properly. Great customer service is rare these days, and the combination of professionalism, product knowledge, and authentic friendliness from both Amanda and John C. deserves real recognition. If this is the standard for this location, Advance Auto Parts is doing something very right.
