  Christina went above and beyond with her customer service. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed instead of just trying to make a quick sale. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation surprisingly easy. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Because of Christina, I’ll definitely be coming back to this Advance Auto Parts location and recommending it to others. Outstanding service from start to finish!

  Last 3 times I have been into this store I’ve seen a cockroach on one of the aisles. An employee led me to the bathroom just for me to walk past more dead roaches. Same employee tells me he’s tried to tell his manager about the issue for over a month, safe to say I won’t be coming back

  I called the store in advance to make sure they had the right battery for my SUV. They told me they did and when I went to go get it installed they said they didn’t have the battery and tried to upsell me to batteries twice as much in cost. A complete lack of Customer Service.
