  Prices were competitive but unfortunately the whole experience of using this office was so awful. 9 out of 10 calls do not get returned, even when leaving an email or a voice message. When finally getting an agent, there was always a follow up that needed to happen as they "had to check on it" and then I would be the one having to call them again (and again) as they wouldn't follow up like they said they would. It was always one excuse after another about why they didn't get back in touch. After months of this and ongoing issues, I went to corporate and was able to get them to switch me (prior to renewal) to a different All State agent office and the experience has never been better.

  Allstate is the best! A good service and prices are reasonable! I am happy to be a member of this insurance company! Thank you!
