  Needed a new headlamp. The employee looked it up to check which one would work in my car, selected it from the shelf herself and rang me out. I got home and it wasn't right. I went back to get a different one and she told me she couldn't exchange it because it was opened. They made a mistake and wouldn't correct it. I went across the street to O'Reilly and they gave me the correct item and installed it for me on the spot. A huge difference in the way they help their guests.

  If this company doesnt take care of an employee like Louis, another company will. He should be the one training every employee in the area. He went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about the decisions I was making regarding my vehicle repairs. I respect it...
