  Ordered online and was quoted 12 minutes.....20 minutes later still no food. Name on the board as ready soon as I got here. Still no food. No real effort in the back to get orders out. Finally got my food and the fries were cold. Might not be back here.

  I have been to this location several times...the staff were always friendly but the food is very inconsistent...sometimes it's great and sometimes it just is not that great. (lack of sauce, dry, cool) Their app was messed up a few weeks ago...would not place an order but sent 3 pending charges to my bank. I spoke with the manager, Doris, who was very friendly and professional, they got my order right and the pending charges dropped in a few days.

  I told the guy at the fryer I would give a rate to the place. In all honesty I have had a couple of mid experiences with this wing stop. Overall though it has been a solid though, over the last month I will say this place has been on top of their times through the app and good accuracy of my orders!

  Customer service is always fast and great. One time my order was incorrect, and the manager made sure that I got store credit to make things right.

  If you order from this location, be prepared to wait about an hour at any given time for your food. It’s always full of people waiting because for whatever reason they cannot figure out time management. The wings themselves are about 50/50. Sometimes you wait an hour and they are not bad and other times they are super under seasoned and over cooked. I would recommend going to a different location.
