  Horrible store to deal with. They lost my package. They are not picking up their phone. I have called more than 50 times in the last 3 days. Sent an email left several 2 voices mails. UPS need to close the store. I would given 0 star if available.

  Never again. I needed a document printed. I had the EXACT SAME document printed some weeks ago at the Merrimon UPS store. Merrimon store charge? $72 Weaverville store charge? $102!!! That's very nearly a FIFTY PERCENT price increase for the exact same task!! And the kicker? The paper quality was pathetic with the Weaverville job. Will not walk into that store again. That's nothing more than price gouging . . . (To the folks at Merrimon store? THANK YOU!) Head's up folks . . . buyer beware. ****************** And the owner's response completely avoids the point: charging 50% more than a nearby store. Sure, stores are independent and can charge whatever they want. But that kind of ridiculous increase? Will not spend another penny with this business. Will not support that kind of greed.

  We purchase at auctions all over the country and receive shipments almost daily. This was the UPS store that Broken Arch Auction uses. They charged more than 3x what we would normally pay. We feel TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. We reached out Broken Arch and they indicated that they have had many issues with location and now recommend another company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this rip off location!

  Very unfortunate that they still charged for a scan even though scan quality was unusable. The guy was sweet though. Never try to scan anything here
