  I was at the SSr rally in Maggie Valley this weekend. Blower motor crapped out. I ordered it online and we to pick it up. I was the 4th person in line. I waited at least 30 minutes to get the part. The commercial parts person never offered to help. The people in the back never came up to help. I went to replace it and they sold me the wrong motor. I went to return it and was 4th person again. Same story different person on register. 20 minutes in and a couple comes in and get in line and they turned and went to the commercial desk. I asked to see the manager. A guy come out of the back and we had serious words. He told me to leave the store several times or wait in line. Apparently my time has no value to these people. I spent at least an hour just to get my money back. I called corporate and they said district manager would call me. I ordered part from O'Reilly's. They had 4 people on the counter and I walked in and got the correct part. The district manager called me back and I told him what happened. He asked what the guy looked like and I told him. He said this wasn't the manager and he was going to get the problem resolved. I never heard another word. I personally will never step foot in this store again. If you don't mind being treated poorly and made to stand in line for excessive amounts of time this is the store you want to go to.

  I guess this store just closes when ever they feel like it! It's great when you rush to the store and get there 15 minutes before they close and the doors are locked and everyone's gone... MUST BE NICE!
