Horrible experience with a female bilingual sales representative. Wish I knew her name but she refused to give her name as well as the manager name. We came to this location because it had someone who spoke Spanish. I’m sure she’s the only one working there. She became frustrated with doing her job and told my father she could not help him. When he asked what the problem was she impersonated the store manager and told him to just get out of her store and threatened to call the police on him if he didn’t leave. No valid reason ever given. Went to another cricket location with him on 10th street. The sales representatives were so kind and helpful. The problem was the phone was on airplane mode and that was the reason it would not connect to wifi. Incompetent much? Come to Washington location if you want someone to mistreat you, impersonate the manager and not be able to do their job. Shared this the manager and she did NOTHING to reprimand her employee. Mi gente corran de aquí! Su propia gente los van a tratar mal!!!
