  Just wanted to weigh something to ship later and buy a box from them and the. Bring back to mail. Let everyone go ahead of me and then they told me it would cost $5.00 just to weigh it. Not very nice women that works there. I live in Walkertown and will get others not to go there. PISSED OFF!!

  A Hours of service update online would be great customer service. Not just change hours on window of the store

  I’ve been going here for five years today they refused to notarize a document for me because I signed it in their parking lot. I have plenty of proof of my identity and still wouldn’t help!! I’ll never use a UPS store ever again!! They would not work with me and treated me like a criminal..IM DONE DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH THIS PLACE. IN WALKERTOWN,N C. THEY ARE NOT WARM OR FRIENDLY UNLESS THEY KNOW YOU…..

  Came in a few weeks ago because it was so close to my house. Very nice employees With great personalities. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
