The staff in this store were rude. I walked in with 2 heavy packages and there was a couple people in line so I stepped to the side to sit my packages on the shelf while I waited.
When it was my turn I walked up to the counter. Now at the same time another lady walked in the store. The employee told me that I had skipped line. Not sure hown when this woman wasnt wven in the building when I arrived. But she preceded to say that if I needed to sit the heavy packages down while I waited in line, next time, to sit it next to the scale and pointed next to her. I had another large package to go get so I did. When I came back inside I walked it over to the spot she pointed to minutes earlier and then proceeded to go wait in line. When it was my turn a male employee walked up and asked what I needed. I pointed to the package at the other station he looked dead at me, with my wrist brace on my hand, and told me I "needed to bring it over to (his) station then". It was 3 feet from him. He was completely rude and lazy about it. I fussed about the situation to him and pointed out that that's where she had just said to put it. That they have no idea what they are doing. Accusing customers of skipping line, not offering to help someone with a handicap and being rude to people who are trying to follow their directions. It was ridiculous.

I rent a mailbox at the The UPS Store location, and this experience completely broke my trust.
I was notified of a package, went to pick it up, and was told someone else had already taken it. Staff admitted they put the notice in the wrong mailbox and gave my package—addressed to me—to a stranger without verifying identity or authorization. That person opened it before returning it.
On top of that, I have another package marked delivered by the merchant that the store claims they never received.
So at this point:
* One package was handed to a stranger and opened
* Another is missing
* No accountability beyond an apology
This is a serious failure in basic mail security. I will not be renewing my mailbox and would not trust this location with anything important.

To the man who patiently worked with me on getting my father’s artwork from Raleigh to Phoenix: thank you thank you thank you. Everything was packed perfectly, with attention and care. It arrived in pristine condition, ready to be framed and displayed. Not one single issue. This person went above and beyond and put me at ease about my precious packages’ cross country journey. This is irreplaceable so I was quite nervous but this UPS store absolutely delivered. Highly recommend.

Was a very pleasant experience. The team member was really kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, bubbly, and fast!!!
