  This is the 2nd time I wanted to dine in and had a very bad experience. Last week a lady called Adi was angry and basically shouting at me while I was trying to order my food, if another customer was rude to her that does not give her the right to blow off on me. And today I went in and it was so hot fortunately another lady called Crystal, and I had an amazing customer service experience she was nice and respectful nothing compared to Adi. Unfortunately the AC was broken and it was unbearable to dine in. I hope they fix the AC and get rid of that Adi or at least remind her that she works in an industry where customer service is essential

  Been years since I've gone to subway figured I'll give it another shot order some food on the app went to go pick up could see 2 ladies in the back looking pissed off because I was walking to the door I enter they still have a pissed off look and asked am I picking up I said my name she grabbed the food and threw on the counter in front of me instead of handing it to me and turned around with attitude and started walking off with the generic have a nice day. So unbelievably disrespectful and disappointed sad to say I won't be choosing subway again.

  While dining in an employee thought it was ok to start sweeping around and towards me while I was eating. I asked her why and not to sweep towards me and she said I’m not sweeping hard, yet I’m sitting there looking at her. She did NOT stop sweeping. I told her that particles are flying that she can’t see and it is so rude. She kept sweeping!!!

  Had an amazing time dine in with my family. Elizabeth was super helpful in giving us different options when ordering our delicious subs. And noticed she gave a fabulous service with each customer. Will return soon.
