    Great Subway location in Wake Forest with really friendly service. I stopped in around 12:30 PM on a weekday and was greeted almost immediately, which made the experience feel welcoming right away. There was a small line, but it moved quickly. The ingredients looked fresh, well stocked, and exactly how you’d expect from a good Subway. The team took their time making each sandwich, asking about toppings instead of rushing through the process. The cashier was polite, thanked me for coming in, and the staff stayed busy even when things slowed down. The dining area, drink station, and even the men’s room were all clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and reliable Subway in Wake Forest, this one in the Gateway Commons shopping center is a great spot to stop for a quick lunch.

    This place doesn’t even adhere to their own operating hours. It’s 8:51 PM—They’re supposed to close at 10 PM, and they’re currently closed right now. Like, they literally shut the lights off as I was walking up.

    The staff is always amazing and super professional! My meatball sub was so fresh, since they gave me the ice cold batch from the refrigerator?? Even the oven heat only slightly melted to cheese. The sauce and bread was amazing! Meatballs, were grim

    I wasted 20 minutes trying to preorder lunch. The website was cumbersome and had issues and after wasting so much time said they wouldn’t take visa and offered PayPal and then said They don’t except that either. So I called the store instead of getting help I just got a fax machine ringing in my ear and hung up on. So I downloaded the app which required email and phone number and did my order again and then the Apple Pay would not be not be accepted (on their end) It should not be this hard to order a sandwich. The app and website or awful. Taking my business to somewhere else. What are you supposed to do? No visa, no PayPal, no Apple Pay, no cash. How do you stay in business?
