  Great experience at the new UPS Store in Troutman! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Customer service was excellent, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s great to have a convenient UPS location right here in Troutman. Wishing the team continued success. Highly recommend!

  I want to say what an awful experience I had due to the negligence of one of the employees at this location! First of all, I can’t drive so I paid $15 to get here. Then I spent $47 to ship a box to my son for his birthday. It also had things in it for his 2 year old twin daughters. I wanted it to get there for his birthday, I handed my phone to the employee in order for him to get the address but he failed to put the Unit # on the address. Therefore, the box was undeliverable! I was livid when I tracked it! Obviously it didn’t arrive on time! due to an incompetent employee!! I just don’t have any tolerance for incompetence in the workplace!! It’s my intention to send another large box to my son & these granddaughters at Christmas but I can promise you I will think twice before I use this location again & I strongly suggest anyone considering shipping anything from here be sure to double check the address before leaving! This young man should have asked me if the address was correct but he didn’t. I feel like I deserve some type of compensation for this grave mistake but we will see where it goes from here. I have contacted UPS support & fixed his mistake so this box can be delivered & also reported it.
