  Had an incident not too long ago from posting this review, where an employee made our food wrong. Girlfriend had called the store asking for it to be either remade or refunded, and the employee on the phone began being extremely rude and condescending to her. Finding that out I went in myself and got a bit heated, as he lied, refused to help in any way, and refused to check the receipt to see that it was made wrong. Called the manager Heather the following morning, and we were told that the employee was terminated and would not be working at that location anymore, as they checked the footage, seen that the food was made wrong, and seen and heard what he did wrong. Had an order placed today, went to pick it up, and lo and behold, it is the same employee again. I asked who made the order, and he smugly raised his hand, and then accused me of vandalizing the bathroom (no idea where this came from). Had the other employee, who was extremely sweet, check the food and fix anything that was wrong. Since the previous experience really upset my girlfriend and I, and the fact that we can’t trust the rude employee, and now can’t even trust the management as they had lied to us, we decided to not eat the food as we can’t trust that the guy didn’t tamper with it somehow. Unfortunately this was a go to place for us as it was close by, price is decent, and could fit within diets. That is now tainted and ruined. Extremely disappointed.

  Used to be my favorite Subway around. Certain employees have disgusting attitudes and wrong sandwiches. Had an issue with my sandwich being made entirely wrong, was mocked by an employee who talked extremely inappropriately to me. Was told the employee was handled properly, turned out it didn’t happen. Now I’m terrified to eat here all because I just wanted a damn sandwich remade. In hope to get in contact with their district manager because this is ridiculous. Don’t go here.

  It's Subway. Clean, smells like bread baking, and 98 sanitation grade.
