    This location has been terrible for the last 8 months or so. Always out of fountain drinks, meat, cheese, & vegetables constantly. The lettuce on my sub was rotten. I kept thinking it would get noticed & fixed. But never has. Its corporate owned & subway doesn't care. The restaurant is always nasty as well. I will not go anymore. Just download the jersey mikes app & go there. Jersey mikes is excellent every meal, every day @ every location.

    This is the best subway in the whole triad..i come here almost 2 o 3 times a week for the last 15 years and i see employes come and go and i can truly say this the best place courney the manager is doing a great great job in this store...recently i been drooping my money due to a stroke and i like to tell every body how honest and good employes she have here ...they work are so profesional they deserve a rise .....this is for the owner i know you have anothers stores in high point ...but the ones here are the best

    The rudest place ever! Hire better workers called 3 times and each time they answered and hung up!! Out of half of the veggies, cheese, and drinks.

    Someone steals my online order and I’m told that I can’t get it remade or refunded. Manager says no to the employee. I ask to speak with the manager and I’m not allowed. Terrible customer service. Do not give this company your money. It’s overpriced frozen garbage anyway.
