  THEY DO NOT CLOSE AT 10PM!!!!! Not only does GOOGLE say they close at 10PM but THEIR ACTUAL WEBSITE says 10PM as well!!! Google says the business updated the hours to 10PM only 6 weeks ago. I placed an order shortly after 9PM and they took my $35 off my card while they are closed. Many other restaurants stop online orders within a certain amount of time before the store closing for this exact reason. So why aren’t they doing it? Why are they stealing money from hard-working people? How is this even legal? I could’ve bought food for my family somewhere else with that money, instead I had to spend additional money to feed my children. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable but to top it off they don’t even have a real phone number for you to call and get your order canceled and your money back!!! They are basically stealing from people and it is disgusting, disappointing and deplorable behavior especially from a multimillion dollar company! There’s absolutely no excuse for this!!! I NEED MY MONEY RETURNED!!!

  Editing this to indicate that Karen is writing this post although you see my grandson's name....dont know how to change that🤣 I had read all the reviews about the bad attitudes of the people that work here, but I wanted a veggie Flatbread sandwich, so I decided I was just gonna ignore the attitudes. WAS I PLEASANTLY SUPRRISED!!! Angie waited on me and she was so kind and patient. I could figure out what bread I wanted and she patiently waited as I figured it out, even changing the bread as I changed my mind. Then she chose the tomatoes from the bunch that I wanted. Then she gave 3 jalapeños just like I asked for, versus ignoring me and grabbing a handful. She handled my sandwich with care, as she wrapped it up. And it's delicious. Thank you so so much angie. I'm aware that I'm picky and I appreciate your professionalism inspite of that.
