It’s nice and mostly clean inside but the lady working just throws lettuce on every sandwich even if you don’t want it and she also doesn’t change knives between customers. Very unhygienic. This isn’t the first subway in the area to do that either!

I ordered online and they completely disregarded everything on the order and wanted to argue that I didn’t have a drink when it was on my receipt

So ordered over the app. Went to the store and they didn't have the order in their system apparently. The 2 workers were sitting in the back for about 5 minutes before realizing anyone was in the store. I was told they didn't have the order in there system and that there was nothing they could do. Showed the workers the order number and the order in the app. They said they can't do anything and to just cancel the order since we were charged. Completely unhelpful staff. On top of that the store is dead and it was dirty inside. Would not bother giving them business.

The restaurants first problem was that it stunk so bad when you walk in and then when you ask for a Philly with onions and peppers to be toasted, they ignore you which I know at other subways that is a thing These people are not trained properly. They don’t know how to do their job. Their customer service is terrible. I would give the Subway a zero. Sorry if I could I will never return and I hope the owner sees this, it makes a difference because this is too expensive to be playing with people’s food.
