  The young men working on sandwiches were obviously untrained. Both made horrible messes with both my sandwich and the customer I observed ahead of me. Cut my sandwich into 3 pieces after I specifically told him 4. The young lady who was apparently the manager closed at approximately 4:00 while there were customers there. She put up a hand written sign saying they were closing due to short staff, although there were 4 people working that I saw

  Ordered online. App said order was completed. Went to pick it up and it was not even started. They had two people working and they were so behind that walk in customers were leaving before ordering. Then when we opened our sandwiches, they were assembled wrong in half a dozen ways - no mayonaise, olives included that weren’t requested, two avocado orders that were left off (which we paid extra for), etc. $34 for two people for two screwed up meals. This store is as horrible as people say. We will be going elsewhere from now on.

  Wish I could give less.. placed an mobile order and they called and said they couldnt make a sandwich. Asked if I would like a replacement. I was at work and said I would have to call back. Had to call 19 times before they answered. The reason they answered was because I had my driver standing there and told them I was calling. They went over and plugged the phone in and answered it. They let me know that they couldnt make the replacement sandwich i chose because it has to be of equal or lesser value. Told them to cancel the order, they cant do that either. So no food, no money. Cant tell me when a manager will be there or their name. Finally got in touch with the manager, and she said they would remake it. Went back in and guess what. Same deal couldnt make the sandwich...don't go to sylva subway!!!

  when I walked in i wasnt greeted, instead when i walked in only one of the workers was actually working. the other young mexican lady was in the corner on her phone. when the man asked her to help serve me. she was obviously annoyed and said “awww mannn” absolutely pissed me off. 5:30 7/7/26
