  I’ve dropped off packages for returns several times but coming to this location to do so was an absolute waste of time for something so simple. I had my shipping label that only needed to be printed out, in which I was ready and willing to pay for but the staff member kept telling me I needed to contact the seller of the product to request a label which was absolutely incorrect because it was clear I had it! This location is by far an absolute nightmare for time and convenience.

  Today I made 2 returns, a sweet and friendly lady named Tiffany helped me. (Friday) Best service with kindness and respect I've had in a while. I'd love to see her working again next time I come. Thanks for great service and a kind voice! Keep smiling. 🙂

  Extremely rude attendant. Defensive dismissive from the moment I came in. I had the label printed somewhere else and they printed the wrong label. This attendant kept telling me that she couldn’t return the item from Amazon so I got my phone and I showed her how it said take it to any UPS store and she starts fat fingering my phone and she gets it to the point where we’re sharing the label so I can email it to them without saying anything and this was actually after she told the other attendant to finish me up and when the other attendant dead start to help me, she came over again rudely and from my phone she was saying see it’s not the right label. It looks exactly like this paper label and she’s holding the paper label up you see this. This is why we can’t use it pointing at it and very aggressive. Eventually, the label was emailed to the UPS store. Before she even checks the email she hand me all of my things and says you can’t return this here and I said aren’t you gonna at least look at the email? Her coworker was already checking the email thankfully and she said to the other lady this is our label we can do this so they did accept the return, but they also argued with me about the box it was in and I had to show them. It is in the original box and I put it in this additional box cause it’s a very small box and the instructions said to put it in a box. And when I asked how I could speak with the manager, she immediately launches into how she didn’t do anything wrong and she wants me to tell her what does she do wrong and I don’t get to say anything to her because she keeps cutting me off and she’s embarrassing me and she’s raising her voice at Me and she told me she would not give me her manager‘s personal phone number which I never asked for I wouldn’t ask for I simply asked her. How can I get in touch with the manager? Finally I just got upset and I told her you are dismissive. You are defensive and you are rude and I left and if I don’t ever have to go back to that store, I will not I’d rather travel to a whole Nother city if I have to then deal with that kind of treatment it’s ridiculous.
