  I'm so tired of getting ripped off from this store if you use the app and order double meat you won't get it if I stand there and watch it made it's perfect. This is the third time I'm pissed.

  Got here at 9:20 and doors are locked and lights are off. You close at 10 not 9 if you want to close at 9 maybe change your hours on here so people don't try to come and yall are closed. Won't be coming back here since I won't know if yall are open or not.

  Ordered 4 subs none of them were made correctly. All of them had very little meat and hardly any toppings. I ordered extra lettuce and onion and it had a total of 5 onions on it. Yall need to step it up. Stop letting your employees be lazy. No wonder you have such a low score.

  I went to pick up an order from there on August 29th at around 5:45 in the evening and when I went in I was greeted with a very rude young lady who told me that she did not have the order and I said okay and went to leave and as I was leaving she started yelling at me and I just told her to have a nice day at which time she for whatever reason decided to follow me out to the parking lot yelling it, I absolutely will not have anything else to do with this store in the future.

  Did an online order with 3 sandwiches, 1 out of 3 was correct. I order jalapeño bread with the chicken bacon ranch didnt get the bread I wanted. Ordered jalapeño slices on the sandwich didn't get that but my wife's sandwich did and she didnt want that. So I ordered a jalapeño on mine and never got it. My wife and I called the store from 9:30 pm till close well I did because my wife said forget it. I paid for a sandwich and what I chose to be on it and never received what I wanted, sandwich was good but I ordered with a topping and never received, my wife did on her sandwich but not me. I'm not a complainer but I want what I want and thats what I pay for. I will be calling again tomorrow when they first open because this is how you want to run a business/franchise wow
