So my check engine light came on and I stopped to ask if they would check it. The young mans name was Jackson. He came right out checked it told me what I needed. I had several questions and he answered them all. Very patient and polite young man. Top notch employee in my book. Don't get a lot of them anymore. I would recommend him to anyone. These guys have Fantastic Customer Service. A+ The other guy was very helpful as well. But I didn't get the name. Take it from a long time manager. I know good when I see it. Thanks

Absolutely ridiculous how the workers talk to customers, after a few hours on the phone to see if they had a tool I needed they said no without checking physically (my bet they were to lazy to look) I show up and guess what they have it! And they have the audacity to catch an attitude with me because I said I guess you did have it! Never again am I coming here O’Reillys is better anyways.
