  A bag was bought in this store, and later I found it was 20% cheaper online. What is the purpose of having an outlet if I can find way cheaper stuff online? That, with the poor customer experience that other reviews have already talked about.

  I visited the Michael Kors store expecting a simple bag exchange, but the customer service was very disappointing. The staff did not make us feel welcomed and their behavior felt unfriendly and dismissive and they was so rude and unprofessional.We noticed other customers were greeted , while we felt ignored and uncomfortable. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and I hope this store works on providing better and more consistent customer service.
