  I called Allstate Smithfield and spoke with Rachel in reference to my policy. I was trying to understand what happened with my policy. I could never get a valid answer from Rachel nor could I get a clear understanding as to what happened to my policy. Her customer service is horrible and she hung up on me. I would not recommend anyone to this office

  I really like and appreciate my agent. Paul Calton. He's pleasant, always has a smile, and easy to talk with. He takes the time to make sure I understand and have the best policies that fit my needs. I highly recommend him.

  they are terrible i had a accident in beginning of january that was not my fault this woman came out of a parking lot and tried two cross two lane of traffic and hit my truck broad side of my truck and allstate tells me that i have to go after the other persons insurance company thats not there job to do that this agency is terrible i had two call them time and time again to even learn that they are not going to do nothing about me claim worst insurance company i have ever had iin my life

  I have been with this agency for 27 years. Why you may ask. Because they have always treated me with genuine care and respect. If something wasn’t right all I have to do is give them a call and they know who I am. I am not just somebody to them, I am a person that they are concerned about and willing to go out of their way to help. Charlene and Christy are wonderful and I’m glad they are part of the staff. You might shop around and save a dollar but you won’t get the same level of customer service like you would here. I plan to be with them for a long time.
