  I've been using this location for a while now and service is always great. They are easy to work with and do all they can to make things easy for the customer. These folks are also incredibly pleasant. It's nice to work with people who enjoy their work and are willing to have a little fun while getting it done. No question, I will be a return customer. Great service with a smile.

  I had a great experience yesterday at the UPS Store. I arrived 10 minutes after closing, and they let me drop off my package anyway! Much appreciated! Way to go above and beyond for your customers!

  I’ve had many great experiences with those store until last Saturdsy where an extremely rude man treated me rudely and refused me service 25 minutes before closing. I was shocked because I’ve always had good prior experience s. So I wrote an honest and accurate review on Yelp and in return someone with the given initials K.M. Wrote a response as a customer giving himself a five star award! He called me a liar and made other scurrilous remarks. He said, now it’s personal between us. I actually could prove my facts but I think his response speaks for itself. Too bad I can’t now return to this business because everybody else I’ve worked with there has been great. I hope the owner reads my Yelp review? This review and the written response by this errant employee.

  I had a wonderful experience at the UPS store the ladies who work there were extra extraordinarily patient with me Skyla Who helped me specifically went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed great store great employees.
