  I accidentally made a mistake with an Amazon return and didn't realize it until a few hours later. Ashley went above and beyond to help me correct the situation. She absolutely didn't have to do what she did, but she took the time out of her busy day to help me fix an issue that wasn't even really UPS-related. Her kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. She provided truly outstanding customer service, and I'm incredibly grateful for her support. Thank you, Ashley!

  I’ve come in a few times to this location for Amazon returns and today needed to mail 2 things out. Kevin is always the one I deal with normally and he is very attentive and kind and makes even a quick interaction a pleasant one. Had some issues with spelling and address for shipping out (probably because I talk way too fast lol) and he had no issue redoing it and making sure everything was correct. Highly recommend this location and Kevin, they make sure you get what you need!

  This is the best UPS Store in the area. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. They greet customers with a smile, make every transaction quick and seamless, and consistently provide outstanding customer service. Their personable approach and attention to detail keep us coming back. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming UPS Store experience!
