  Very disappointed with the service this afternoon I went to notarize a title and the person who attended me really does not have the kindness or professionalism that he should have made him sign where he should not do it now. I'll see how it goes in the DMV with that problem the service is very slow the women are better prepared but the 2 new guys who are really leave a lot to be desired from their work.

  It's a busy place and a little tight on space, but as far as amazon returns....they are the best!

  Oh my gosh what is wrong with the people working at this location?!?! I shipped a package back to Amazon. Woman “in charge” said if it was done on the kiosk then the store has no accountability. Refused to try to find the package and then ended up blaming us for the way it was done. Ridiculous! No wonder Amazon is suggesting other drop off places!!

  I take my returns back on Sunday due to it’s not as crowded but the last two Sundays the male employee that has been working is not friendly at all. He huffs the whole time he is working with the customer on returns and has no manners. He seems very bothered to be at work and he is in the wrong field of employment if working with customers causes all the deep breathing and aggravation he seems to have as soon as you walk through the door. His manager needs to inform him about proper customer service etiquette. He has missed a training somewhere or didn’t fully understand that he would he face to face with customers. He is rude and is in the wrong line of work.
