  No signal and/or dropped calls all the time now. You can not get any help. Call for service takes hours and then they can't speak English well enough to understand. Going to change providers soon.

  Great customer service! Handsome and attentive, ready for an upgrade and the employee was very nice and respectful and took his time to explain the phones and features. I know exactly which one im getting. Thank you

  Had to take a phone off of our account and move all my data from one phone (older phone) to another phone (newer phone). Unfortunately I did not have all the needed passwords, etc. SEQUOIA LEWIS was the Cricket employee who worked with me to get it done. Because I did not have the needed passwords, she had to go through many different MANUAL steps to get it done. SHE WAS THE BEST TO WORK WITH. Very understanding and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend her.
