Every time I've been to this establishment, the customer service is nonexistent. They only work one employee per shift, which is just a bad business move. If anyone comes through the door, the one lady who works there starts mumbling under her breath because she's annoyed that customers are walking in. Sorry! where do you think your paycheck comes from?
Also, if there are online orders, you must stand there and wait for all of those sandwiches to be finished, even if you're the only one in the store.

I really don't like giving such negative reviews .. but this one is not going to slip by. For starters... they were out of several things and looked to be making our subs from the bottom of the container with topping they did have. There were 2 ladies working, the first one we experienced maybe didn't feel well or something, but I felt like she wasn't too happy to be there. The second redeemed the service experience simply because she smiled. The bread was not very fresh at all. Our subs were very thin (even with the toppings we added it seemed to be more bread with each bite).
Just an overall bad experience.. I will not be returning to this subway for a long while.
