An exact time at the store to say that the package cannot be shipped wastes your time and also does not solve the problem, and since I am Latina - they pay attention to the attention to the public!

I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store thanks to Kiah. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. She made the entire process quick and easy, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. It’s refreshing to meet someone who truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Kiah is a great asset to the store, and her positive attitude made my visit a great one. Thank you, Kiah, for the exceptional service!

I recently had the opportunity to use this branch of the UPS Store, as I had a small return that I needed to send back to Amazon. I want to recognize Vanessa as she gave excellent customer service while assisting me with my shipping return. Vanessa was extremely efficient and patient with my small request. She made sure the shipping option I chose would be appropriate for what I was shipping and when I needed it to arrive in order to satisfy the deadline. Vanessa was a distinct pleasure to deal with and I look forward to using this branch again for all my shipping needs and services.
