  I had a great experience at The UPS Store thanks to Natalie. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I came in with a few shipping issues and she helped me get everything sorted out quickly and efficiently. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service. Natalie made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for future shipping needs!

  Vanessa is the best! I took a large number of returns to UPS and Vanessa wsa the unlucky next person available. At completely no fault of hers, it took an hour. Literally. In fact, she helped speed it up as much as possible. I couldn't imagine anyone being more friendly or patient throughout the process as I attempted to match up returns to corresponding items. It wasn't my best day with Amazon, but it was my best day with UPS, thanks to Vanessa!

  I had a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to Yaharia. She was very helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure everything was handled correctly, and provided excellent customer service. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my visit quick and stress-free. I highly recommend this UPS Store, and Yaharia deserves recognition for her outstanding service.

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel that this employee really needs a shout out. Vanessa did an exceptional job assisting me. I came in disorganized and confused and she helped me figure everything out with kindness and patience. Defenitly would recommend visiting!! She wasn’t the only amazing worker I encountered.
