  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store thanks to Kiah. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. She made the entire process quick and easy, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. It’s refreshing to meet someone who truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Kiah is a great asset to the store, and her positive attitude made my visit a great one.   I recently had the opportunity to use this branch of the UPS Store, as I had a small return that I needed to send back to Amazon. I want to recognize Vanessa as she gave excellent customer service while assisting me with my shipping return. Vanessa was extremely efficient and patient with my small request. She made sure the shipping option I chose would be appropriate for what I was shipping and when I needed it to arrive in order to satisfy the deadline. Vanessa was a distinct pleasure to deal with and I look forward to using this branch again for all my shipping needs and services.

  I had to ship my phone back and had a very enjoyable experience with a young lady named Kiah. She helped me understand what was needed to safely and properly ship my device. Otherwise, I would have just thrown it in a box and slapped a sticker on it. Thanks for ensuring my package arrived safely and in one piece!

  I had to make a run to the ups store to drop off some packages, Vanessa was very kind and curtious and helped me with all of it. She has a very good customer service attitude and answered any and all questions that I had. She was very quick and had me out in no time!
