Last week I had the best subway experience that I’ve ever had thanks to Tony. Today (May 19th at 2pm) I literally had the worst experience thanks to the woman who was there instead. She did not wear a name tag, but I’m sure it was the same person who is mentioned in several of these reviews. She did not greet me. Instead she rudely asked, “What do you want?!” Throughout the experience, she slammed various items, “huffed and puffed” like the big bad wolf, scowled as if I just killed her dog, and had the worst attitude of any person who has ever been in hospitality. I will not go back unless Tony is working. If I see her I’m gone!

Went here yesterday and had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Tony was excellent very personable, and was simultaneously mentoring a younger employee on the value of positive energy and customer service. I’ve spent 15 years in the hospitality industry and I’ve got to say Tony is one of the most upbeat people I’ve seen, it’s worth visiting this subway just for the 5 minute conversation with him alone.
Dirty and you can find so many dirty spots. Plus they will ask you $2.38 for a water cup after you paid 32$ for 2 foot long. Wow

That girl was awful...the customer in front of me kept glancing at me....she was talking to him and me at the same time...she ignored our questions...she was snappy and rude...she seemed angry.... subway, what if people like her keep business away?... I will start going to Jersey Mike's.

Evidently they can't or don't allow customers to get an icee that is mixed with coke and cherry. No explanation other than "we don't.". Only place that has ever said that.
