Worse Experience at a Subway EVER!!!! Not only was it packed with 6 people working behind the counter and a line almost out the door!!! When we 1st walked in and got in line my nephew asked to use the restroom and the young lady at the cash register told him that he had to purchase something to use the bathroom, I completely understand that especially considering the area, however you see that we are in line waiting to order and she still wouldn't give him the key. Told him he had to purchase something and when he said his aunt was in line she insisted that AFTER I paid he could get the restroom key!! So once I got to start ordering my sandwich I asked the girl making it for the restroom key for my nephew and the cashier girl was still trying to say we couldn't have it until we paid!!!! Again I understand only allowing customers to use the restroom but when you see that we are in line and ordering you should have no problem giving a young man the key. Sadly that wasn't the only issue with this place.. as I'm ordering I get to the veggies, I always get extra black olives on my sandwich.. Apparently at this place, you can't!! I even said I would pay whatever extra cost but the guy making my sandwich said that tli couldnt
I went to the store on 4-07-2026 and attempted to use men’s restroom and someone was occupying it at the time but I was waiting there for almost 5 minutes. While I was there waiting one of the employees yelled at me while making someone’s sandwich and told me if I weren’t buying something at Subway then I need to leave in a disrespectful voice. I highly don’t recommend this Store for anything they need to place a sign on door not a public restroom if you’re telling someone to leave a facility. Very poor customer service and I have used Subways restrooms at other locations and nothing said.

Pulled up to the subway location of Jake Alexander to order a sub walked up to the door. There was a sign on it that said online orders only will be closing at seven today so I proceeded to put my own online order in once I walked to the store door to go in. It was locked in the employee was sitting in the back of the store and wouldn’t open the door. I had to walk around the side of the store To get his attention and beg him to make my sandwich before 7 o’clock, even though the store wasn’t closed yet this is completely unacceptable and where is the store manager and who is responsible for this location? Horrible horrible service
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WILL NEVER COME BACK! I CAME INSIDE AND TRIED TO ORDER A SUB USING THE APP! I HAVE THE APP I AM A SUB MEMBER AND I HAVE USED THIS SEVERAL TIMES! I WALK IN ORDER A SUB AND THEY DENY MY 6.99 COUPON ON THE APP TELLING ME I HAVE TO USE IT ONLINE! IT DOES NOT SAY IT HAS TO BE USED ONLINE!!!!! I WAITED AND WASTED TIME AND LEFT OUT EMPTY HANDED!
I EVEN ASKED IF THEY CAN DO IT MANUALLY WHICH I KNOW THEY CAN DO AND THEY REFUSED!
FOR REASONS OF THEIR OWN.
3 WHITE LADIES! ONE WITH GLASSES! OTHER RED HAIR! OTHER OLDER! JUST A DISGRACE I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN

IT WOULD HAVE SAID “APP OR WEB ONLY AS IT DOES ON THE FIRST CODE AND IT DOES NOT!
TRUST ME I EAT SUBWAY AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK I WOULD KNOW!
IT SAYS MAKE SELECTIONS BELOW AND SCAN AT THE REGISTER!! IT WOULDN’T SAY SCAN AT THE REGISTER IF YOU HAD TO DO THAT ONE ONLINE!!
THE SECOND CODE I USED WELL TRIED TO! NOT THE FIRST ONE!

I want to shout out Kahari. An outstanding worker at your establishment. We had a casual conversation that led to him feeling comfortable to tell me he was part of the LGBTQ community. While this may seem irrelevant, he mentioned that in this specific Subway work space he feels so comfortable in his sexuality and person. So one I wanted to shout out kahari for being so brave to tell me he liked boys, and two for your staff and community to be so welcoming to him.
