  I went to the FedEx Store on 7/13/26 at 6:55 pm to have something faxed and the store manager Stacie was getting ready to go home, but she stayed to help me fax 52 pages that took 40 minutes. She could had told me that it would take too long but she stayed to help a customer. Kudos to Stacie for helping me out. Great customer service in Salisbury NC FedEx.

  The hours posted online are open until 6 PM. I drove 30 minutes to get here and when I arrived, the store was randomly closed. no warning at all on their website. it was only 3:30. What a ridiculous waste of time.

  Rebecca and Kira are a DREAM TEAM -- they went above and beyond with a complicated, last-minute print job that they completed right before closing time at 7p. They are patient and smart problem-solvers who can get the job done and save the day with a smile on their faces.

  Extremely disappointing customer service. We had a time-sensitive package that needed to be delivered to a university, and despite explaining the urgency, they refused to ship it due to the dry ice. What makes this even more frustrating is that we provided our account/ID number, which should have allowed the shipment to move forward without issue. Instead of working with us to find a solution or offering any helpful guidance, they simply shut it down. This delay has caused unnecessary stress and could have serious consequences given the time constraints involved. We expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and problem-solving—especially for something this important. Definitely not the level of service we were hoping for.
