  Associates are not trained on how to check batteries. Same associate, two different vehicles. A year ago, truck battery was sluggish, I charged overnight, next day wouldn’t start. I had to jump it off with bump box. Took it in and let her check it to rule out alternator. Said battery was good. While she was standing there, tried to start truck. Wouldn’t start. She then said maybe it needs to be charged. Bought new battery. Because she was very unsure of situation. Fast forward to this past weekend. Another vehicle, stranded twice with not starting. Took to mechanic, he spent all day going through checking everything and narrowed down to bad battery. Saying bad battery because it was just bought in February. Took into store last night, same woman. Filled her in, wouldn’t replace. Said battery is good. Can’t do anything. Upset, went to another store(same company). Rechecked and said it is bad. Machine is saying won’t keep charge. Time frame is within 30 minutes. Looked up info and replaced. They had gained a new customer. Will not be back to Jake Alexander location. Can overlook one time. But clearly knew the problem second time and associate didn’t won’t to help.
