  I just read the review from the lady below called Carole. I am so sorry she experience what happened to her. I agree with her 💯 percent about the atmosphere of the mangers. They are always so cold and robot like. You have.to watch the heavy set manger because she is so cheap in making sandwiches with the veggies. There little workers are so sweet I don't know how they can work for mangers with no personality Food is great atmosphere sucks. They need to take a course in PR. I hope that lady gets to the higher ups to make her complaint. Good luck Carole 🙏🙏 I guess when they find out my name is will be barred from their store 😅

  I made a review on this store a couple of weeks ago but had to delete it so I could make this review. Today I would like to give them a zero star. I ordered two foot longs, 2 bags of chips and two sodas. My two soggy subs and two bags of chips were jammed into the one paper bag that holds one sub. They were jammed in so bad we had to rip open the bag to get everything out. (I took pictures).Then there was a mistake on my part as there's only one soda in the bag. I made a big fuss over it and the arguments were flying very bad back and forth. The next morning I found the soda had fallen out of the bag under the driver's seat. The two sandwiches were extremely wet and soggy from two much vinegar (i guess). One sub was eaten and they said it was not too wet. The second sub was impossible to eat that soggy so I brought it back the next morning were I was greeted with a nasty face and attitude. I apologized for the fuss about the soda she did not accept my apology she did not even look at me or say one word to me. I did get my second sandwich replaced you have no idea how wet it was. It was disgusting Now to try and end my story this nasty treatment all happened because I gave them a bad REVIEW and I was told I am not allowed back in their store. So the wet sandwiches and stuffing everything into one little bag was my punishment for being honest in my review. I have contacted corporate guest care, subway compliance line and Franchise world headquarters and also there was another number I called and I cannot remember the name. They are not going to get away with treating me so poorly. Just what to add this treatment they gave me was because A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO I GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW. I AM HIGH UP IN MY EIGHTIES AND CAN BARELY WALK BECAUSE OF ARTHRITIS SO I GUESS THEY THOUGHT I WAS JUST A STUPID OLD LADY WITHOUT A BRAIN AND I WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. IF THAT WAS THEIR THOUGHT YOU ARE SO WRONG I HAVE JUST STARTED
