The lady that is working in the subway says she has been working in the subway for the past two years by herself. I don’t know who owns the subway, but I don’t think you should give her five dollars more on the hour and plus get this poor lady a three week vacation with pay. I sat inside there and ate my lunch and this lady really works hard and you should really show your appreciation to her . Your store would be closed or you would have to run it yourself. Shame on you. The 5 Stars go to the Lady.

When I approached the door, it was locked. The employee told me he was “using the bathroom.” Once he finally let us in, I mentioned that I had coupons. His response was, “I’m new,” followed by an eye roll. At that point, I turned to my son and said we would just get pizza instead. As we were leaving, he said, “Yes, good, I can go back to cursing these people out.”
This entire interaction was extremely disappointing. Not only was the attitude unprofessional, but the comment about “cursing these people out” was completely inappropriate to say in front of customers—especially a child. I expected basic courtesy and respect, and instead we were met with rudeness, frustration, and behavior that does not reflect well on the business.
The one lady who usually works there alone is the best. Haven’t been to this location in awhile but used to stop by almost every Sunday after church
Couldn’t tell you if the food or service is any a good, because every time you try to go there, they’re somehow closed. They need to actually post their own hours and try to stay committed to those hours. I’m so tired of this subway being closed all the time, that I’m done with trying to order anything from here again.
