  This place is horrible. They are unwilling to help you with anything. It's a constant ghost town. Employees are only interested in selling accessories, padding commissions, and will even make unauthorized changes to your account, without consent or knowledge. Be fore warned.

  AVOID THIS STORE AND PROVIDER THEYRE NOT CRICKET, THEYRE SOME 3RD PARTY KIOSK. And poorly operated at that. they cant help you. They will force you into accessory purchases & claim them as required , when they're not. They expect you to pay them additional and personally, to pay your bill.( My bill was 30, cricket wanted 35, and they demanded 45..I asked why, met with hostility. ) They will refuse to help you if you bought your item elsewhere. They refuse to help with customer service issues with cricket. I am not sure why they are still here. They're pretty useless in 2026, when everyone has cheaper phones & accessories..and the same poor quality service you'll get from any other minimum wage Adults, acting like teenagers..
