  These guys know their stuff and are committed to helping customers, I came in today needing a filter for my old Massy Ferguson tractor. Nowhere else in town could even find it in their computer and they ran into the same issue but unlike the other guys they truly care. The older gentleman and young man spent over 15 minuets looking for one that matched mine, looking up different heavy equipment with similar filters and comparing them to mine side by side. They were right fun to talk to as well, turns out the young man volunteered with my grandson at My Life Matters. Places like this are why I love Roxboro, genuine good people who truly care. I will be going here from now on for all my parts.

  I went to Advance Auto today in Roxboro North Carolina walked in the store the older gentleman sitting there on his phone the younger gentleman sitting there on his phone and I said hey how y'all doing neither one of them said anything hey how y'all doing neither one of them said anything came to the counter looked at me and said how can I help you but never got up customer service terrible so what did I do left and went to a competitor when a customer service was way better

  wonderful experience, really old guy who looked like his name was bill helped me find exactly what i was looking for. store was clean and easy to navigate, puts autozone to shame.
