  I have been here several times. I have never had a bad experience. I walk a cane and sometimes will require assistance, which the staff here are happy to provide. Today, my wife was carrying in a large box, and the owner came out to carry it in for her. Extra service is always provided here at this location, without fail, the staff are always friendly while providing it.

  I would like to complement the UPS store in Rocky Mount and Nick and his entire team. They took great care to take my concern seriously about a package that went missing after I had shipped it from their store. It was my mother‘s 80th birthday gift. It was not their fault at all something occurred in transit. The store is professional, kind and very caring. The owner, Nick was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results of my missing package and searched for it on his own. Although they could not find my mother‘s birthday gift, he made every effort to make it right and I was very satisfied. I look forward to many more opportunities to use this excellent company to ship future packages and gifts. Thank you, Rocky Mount UPS store and Nick and his wonderful staff. You are a blessing.

  They are always pleasant to deal with. Even with long lines, you don't have to wait long.
