  I wanted to leave a review for two amazing Subway employees it’s always the two young women who consistently do a great job. Every time I visit, they are friendly, professional, and genuinely make customers feel welcome. They take the time to listen carefully to each order and always make sure everything is prepared exactly the way it’s requested I come in every day for lunch and not once ever had a problem with my food or any of the service they have provided!!

  The lady there I’ve had problems with her twice now she dropped my pizza upside down because she picked the pizza up with a pizza cutter which also took 15 mins to make a pizza that heats up in 2 . Plus the workers were cussing and not doing their job I don’t complain but his was bad . Then today we had a coupon for a free 12 inch sub and she scanned it and no discount was applied she said we were wrong when the coupon clearly said 12 inch sub FREE please have this women fired

  I don’t leave reviews but this one just got me. I normally don’t have any issues with this Subway other than timing with online orders. Today I placed an online order right before going into Foodlion. I went to get my food, and there’s two women working. The one that checked for my food only saw the one to-go order asked me if my order was under another name. After I told her no, she saw the other bag. Grabbed it and tossed it on the counter without checking it. When I picked it up there was no sub in it. So I asked. The other girl just laughed, telling the first girl what she did. She goes to the other bag grabbed one of the subs out and gives it to the first girl where she shoves it in the bag before asking if she was sure if she was sure it was the right one. I knew I should’ve made them check it, I should’ve checked it before leaving. But I had groceries and needed to get home to my child. Well, you can guess it. It was NOT the correct sub. What upsets me is that these employees did not care that they messed up not only one but two orders. Acted as if it was no problem. Thankfully I’m not allergic to anything on the sub I got so no wasted money or food on my end. Service got 0 stars!

  I visited the Rockwell Subway location today and had an excellent experience. Although there was a line when I arrived, the service was well worth the wait. Two employees, Shianne and Natalie, provided outstanding customer service. Shianne recommended the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, which turned out to be one of the best I’ve ever had from Subway. Natalie assisted me at checkout and was friendly, engaging, and attentive throughout our interaction. Both employees were professional, personable, and clearly dedicated to providing a positive customer experience. They are a great asset to this location, and I hope their efforts are recognized. I will definitely be returning in the future.
