  My car broke down, and I was stranded waiting for hours. I went to Advance Auto Parts in Rockingham, NC, and Mike went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to help me figure out the problem and helped me replace my alternator. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me safely back on the road. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’m so grateful for Mike and the team at Advance Auto Parts. Thank you for turning a stressful day into a positive experience. I highly recommend this location

  Stopped in thinking I had a charging issue with my car. Was greeted instantly by staff when I walked in. Before checking anything they asked me several questions which lead to them seeing my belt had broke. Not only did they have the part I needed in stock they assisted me in the process getting it back on the road quickly. Amanda and staff were a great help. Thank you guys!

  Poor excuse for customer service. Unwilling to help and considering we just spent $400 on an alternator that says a lot. Wouldn’t recommend them if they were the last part place in the country. Went to another advance and they helped with the problem right away. If you can go to another part store I would stay far away from rockingham.
