  This is a nice hotel. Extremely convenient to the interstate. Maybe I shouldn't put 5 stars, its not perfect, but it was absolutely fine and lacked nothing.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. The area around the ice machine smelled like feces. My first room, on the 1st floor, was a major plumbing failure victim of the 2nd floor. When the room above took a shower, bursts of water from a drain apparently pooled in the roof and soaked my room in bursts as it filled and emptied tiles on the roof. I was given a second room with a sticky front door and already occupied by many bugs. There was also some high pitch beeping audible from somewhere else in the hotel. Plus, the pillows are super narrow... I cant fit my shoulders comfortably on them, too. Place should be condemned.

  Room was the worst we have ever stayed in, smelled bad, rust, no pool, meadow, weeds, around 😑 pool. No way will we ever stay here again, a total let down.

  09/11/26 around 430pm. Girl at the front desk customer service needs immediate education. She was sweeping the lobby as guests walked in. She didn't immediately stop either and took her sweet time getting back to the desk. When I asked to see a room first BEFORE being charged because I saw the poor reviews she told me I should go stay somewhere else! Excuse me? Because I wanna see a room and make sure that my hard earned money is well spent??? I mean a lady was in the lobby to make a report about loose tiles in her room at the same time! I turned around and walked right out. Experience starts at the front desk, by the looks of these reviews this place needs a visit from the health department.
