  We had 2 rooms. 1 room was missing a sink completely. Subpar cleanliness. But sufficient for a short stay. Front office night time staff was nice. Day time check in lobby staff lady was rough. Maybe she had a bad day. Breakfast area was nice and the staff was nice. Bed sheets were clean, smooth, probably the best compared to everything else there.

  FILTHY! Live and dead roaches in my son's room! Laundry was being used next to our room past 2AM. Bathroom was so DIRTY none of my family used it! Didn't even attempt to have breakfast. Pool was empty! Booked through Expedia but they were no help resolving the issue. Never booking through them again! Took a tissue wiped the floor and it was BLACK. If you stay here do the tissue test!!!I posted pictures on Expedia but didn't post yet.

  Do not stay! Your health is at risk. We reserved a room here three hours before arriving after a looong day on the road. We arrived just before midnight. Got to our room, smelled of mold and rot. Visible mold on the bathroom walls. Asked for another room, same thing not to mention the huge cockroach walking g in the hallway. just left. It was too late to book anything else for the night so just had to keep driving.

  Avoid... we rented room 248. For the garden tub.. 1- had warm water called front desk they said to wait 10min and try. Then told me they turned the water heater up. 2- pulled back covers and had blood stains on the sheets. Manager only offered me half a refund. Then found the ac was leaking inside room all over the floor. Still only offered half my money back.

  Rooms look like school kids did the remodel. Rooms are dated and smell of cigarettes, It’s like being in a Las Vegas casino in the 70’s. The saying cheap ain’t good and good ain’t cheap apply here. We will stick to the upscale hotels.
