  My experience at Subway was extremely disappointing. While Subway is known for offering quick and customizable meals, this visit fell far short of expectations. The service was poor, and the overall experience was frustrating. The food quality, preparation, and attention to detail were not what you would expect from a restaurant that relies on fresh ingredients and customer choice. The staff did not provide the level of friendliness or professionalism that customers should receive, and the meal left a lot to be desired. A quick-service restaurant should still make customers feel welcome and ensure their order is prepared properly. Overall, this Subway location needs significant improvement in customer service, food preparation, and consistency. Unfortunately, this was not an experience I would want to repeat.

  Went to Subway was going to order the BOGO deal cause the app said that particular subway honored the BOGO. Get there lady behind counter said well you have to have a coupon. The app and on TV never mentioned that you have to have a coupon. Anyways had to pay full price. So get home and the subs were horrible just gross. Wow what's happening to all of our restaurants. Subway used to be ok but now NO! Will not go there again.

  I think this is the best Subway in Onslow County. Not only are the sandwiches good, the servers are FRIENDLY; others, take note!
