  Whent in there today for a diagnostic test told the gentleman at the register what I was needed he said we would have to wait until the other gentleman came back in where he (the gentleman outside) could do it cool no problem. The gentleman came in the gentleman at the register asked the gentleman did he “feel like doing it” he replied “no not really” so I said well alright that’s cool I’ll just go somewhere else first time ever having any issues there I do understand it was hot outside but the gentleman at the register could of at least did it.

  Robby and Zach took the time to help me identify a part of my car that neither I nor two others were able to figure out. They were patient, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me, I really appreciated their help.

  I always enjoy visiting the Richlands, N.C store. The store is always clean and the service is always exceptional. The guys and girls are always helpful and knowledgeable. Brittany in particular goes out of her way with the latest in sales and discounts. This store should be proud to have her as an employee.
