I called this local store because I live in Raleigh and was just checking a part but the gentleman on the phone didnt seem to help me but seem inconvenience him when I called. If you are happy talking to ur customers on the phone, you shouldn't be on front desk or face forward for a company. I believe it was Rob who I spoke

Whent in there today for a diagnostic test told the gentleman at the register what I was needed he said we would have to wait until the other gentleman came back in where he (the gentleman outside) could do it cool no problem. The gentleman came in the gentleman at the register asked the gentleman did he “feel like doing it” he replied “no not really” so I said well alright that’s cool I’ll just go somewhere else first time ever having any issues there I do understand it was hot outside but the gentleman at the register could of at least did it.
