They didn’t give me my $5 ranch and my large order of fries were only half full. The wings barely have any sauce on them (don’t even cover all the wings). I should’ve checked my takeout order before i left.
shitty service shitty food no sauce on the damn food the only person with competence was the young man at the front who worked the night of 8/24 @11:23pm the crowd in the back was nasty and disrespectful almost barbaric…. don’t work at a restaurant that is open late if you don’t want to cook the food properly

The wings and fries are always pretty good. But the fountain drinks are consistently TERRIBLE! You've gotta be the last Wingstop without the Freestyle machine. And worst than that, you've got the drinks set to mix so bad. They're always watery. Please fix that!

Check the bag before you leave, if I hadn't had dined in I would have been missing a ranch. Service is decent but the missing ranch was a big negative. The food itself was amazing, some of the best wings I've had.

I ordered a 30-piece wing meal, but when I got home I discovered there were only 22 wings in the box.
I called the restaurant before driving back, but the manager would not come to the phone. When I returned to the store, I explained that I had been shorted 8 wings. Instead of apologizing or offering any compensation for the inconvenience of making a second trip or leaving my family short for our meal, I was met with a dismissive and nonchalant attitude from the manager who couldn't have been more than 18-years-old.
As the conversation continued, I was told I would not receive the missing wings or a refund and was instructed to leave the store. I was then told that a higher-level manager was on the way and that I should wait. I waited for quite a while, only to be told the manager had arrived but was in the back. The employees refused to share with me either of the managers' names. After waiting with no resolution, I eventually left and will contact my bank to refute the charge for the wings that were missing from my order.
Mistakes happen, but customers should expect an order to be corrected when the restaurant makes an error and for the management to, at minimum, apologize for wasting customers' time and gas coming back to the store to rectify their inability to count their food correctly. In my case, I paid for 30 wings, received 22, and left without the missing food or a refund despite returning to the store to resolve the issue. I will be disputing the charge with my bank and contacting corporate to complain.
