  Ate inside and while I was a little concerned with the portable AC unit in the middle of the lobby, the food was great. Everything was made fresh and was piping hot and the portions were super generous. Price was comparable to other fast food places and was pleasantly surprised we could get two meals with fries and drinks for $26. Comparable to B-dubs in quality.

  Do not come to this location. This was the worst experience. They had our order ready but did not call it out clearly as they had misspelled our name in their system. we waited for a WHOLE HOUR while we had repeatedly gone up asking where our order was. The lady would tell us every time it would be out in a minute and did not bother looking for our order. When It had hit 55 minutes past, I finally went up asking where our order was for the 3rd time and she had discovered it was sitting on the tray all this time and blamed us for not hearing her the first “few times” when she was the one telling us our order would be ready soon, that the food was still cooking, and that it takes time for the order to be ready. TAKES TIME?? I do not recalling food here taking 50 minutes to be ready. I’m sorry, but I will not be coming here again respectfully. Maybe we didn’t hear you call our misspelled name in your system, but coming at us with an attitude after realizing you were at fault is not good customer service.

  I hate to give a bad rating and I rarely do. This location took an hours just to prepare 15 wings. If you’re expecting to get food quickly do not come here. RUDE customer service. DO NOT come here. The lady was rude for no reason.

  Order wasn't ready on time. Had to wait for it to be cooked. Even thou it was an online order. They hadn't cooked my order. And from the looks of it. They weren't busy. Employees were on their phones. Talking amongst themselves as if they didn't have any orders to fill. No one was wearing gloves as they worked with the chicken. When my order was ready they just through it on the counter and walked off.

  DO NOT EAT AT OR DOORDASH FROM THIS WINGSTOP‼️ THE EMPLOYEES APPARENTLY DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH AND MUST BE STARVING AND BROKE BECAUSE THEY KEEP LYING ABOUT NOT RECEIVING MY ORDER JUST SO THEY CAN STEAL IT AND TAKE IT HOME WITH THEM! I PLACED MY ORDER AT 11:51 pm on May 19th! ATTACHED IS THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION. THIS RESTAURANT CLOSES AT 1AM. I HAD TO GO THROUGH 5 DIFFERENT DASHERS BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES KEPT TELLING THEM THEY DONT GOT MY ORDER. THEY ALSO SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REMAKE IT. I FINALLY GOT MY 5th DASHER TO PUT AN EMPLOYEE ON THE PHONE WHEN THEY ARRIVED TO THE RESTAURANT. THE LADY TOLD ME “We didnt get your order” “One of the dashers took the order from us and stole it” CLEARLY LYING THROUGH THEY TWO FRONT TEETH‼️ EVEN MY DASHER TEXTED ME THAT THEY WERE LYING AS WELL! MIND YOU THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD TO STRUGGLE WITH THEM TO GIVE MY FOOD TO THE DASHERS! SO WHICH EVER CREW THAT WAS WORKING ON MAY 19th around 11pm-1am, NEEDS A RAISE SO THEY CAN STOP STEALING MY DAMN FOOD AND GO HOME WITH THEY OWN DAMN CHICKEN‼️
