  I had a heavy box that had a return label on it. I asked if they could add a piece of tape to the box because the tape I had was kinda cheap and this is a return that their customer already paid for. She refused and told me that she would have to charge me for a repackage. I explained that it's a return. If you want to charge someone you should charge their account. Her response was I can't do that so we will see how the package gets there then. It's a return so I have nothing to lose but considering this is UPS and the customer is expecting this package back in one piece. I think that response is unacceptable. Ive been to many UPS store. I won't be back to this one. For a piece of tape. I hope your savings were worth it.

  One B&W 8x11 printed out is $2.20 here for the "service". FedEx is 25¢.

  Brandon and Wendy were extremely helpful, professional and pleasant to talk to. They did an exceptional job of helping me by saving me a trip to a different location. I will continue to go to this location over any other because of their exceptional service
