  IF YOU CAN'T ACCEPT RETURNS WHILE BEING RENOVATED. CLOSE YOUR LOCATION! I just came to drop off an return. They were able to accept a package return larger than mine right before mine. But I try to drop off my return and all of a sudden they don't have room. Why are you open during renovations if you can't provide your services. Then tell me to take it to brier creek is wild. FedEx here we come!

  I went to get return shipping labels and the manager refused to let me leave with the label. When I asked him why his response was because that's the way it is. We went back and forth a few times and I just asked him why I couldn't leave with the label when I'm the one purchasing it and he said because that's the rules. I explained to him that I can easily print this up at home but their system did not work so I had to come into the store. He made no attempt to explain, and he was getting a little rude so I just purchased the label, went home for my stuff and came back. After this I'm going to just use FedEx unless I have no choice.

  Chris at the desk was so kind and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and was very patient. Very thankful for kind people like that.
